The NBL26 season has wrapped up for the Phoenix but our players are jetting off around the globe to play at other clubs to prepare for the NBL27 season. See where our players will be playing.

Nathan Sobey - Indios De Mayaguez - Baloncesto Superior Nacional (Puerto Rico)

Co-captain Nathan Sobey will be heading back to Puerto Rico in the off-season now playing with the Indios De Mayaguez, previously playing with Santeros de Aguada last off-season. Sobey will be teaming up with fellow NBL players Sam Waardenberg (Cairns Taipans), Tyrell Harrison (Brisbane Bullets) and Tai Webster (New Zealand Breakers). The BSN league's season has already begun with Sobey joining his off-season side in due course.

John Brown III - Santeros de Aguada - Baloncesto Superior Nacional (Puerto Rico)

Sobey isn't the only one heading to the Puerto Rico as Defensive Player of the Year, John Brown III is heading to South America during the off-season to play with Santeros de Aguada. Brown III will be teaming up with fellow NBL import Admiral Schofield (Cairns Taipans).

Akech Aliir - Wellington Saints - New Zealand NBL

After a couple seasons in NBL1 South with Mt Gambier Pioneers, Akech Aliir will be heading across the ditch to New Zealand to play with Wellington Saints. The centre will be teaming up with Kiwi NBL players Carlin Davison and Izayah Le'afa from New Zealand Breakers. The Saints begin their season on April 12.

Dan Ryan & Ellis Biggar - Franklin Bulls - New Zealand NBL

Assistant coach Dan Ryan will be pulling on the head coaching hat as he takes charge of the Franklin Bulls in the NZ NBL during the off-season. Joining Ryan will be development player Ellis Biggar in New Zealand. The Bull's season begins on April 11.

Jordan Hunter - Knox Raiders - NBL1 South

Co-captain Jordi Hunter is keeping close to the Heartland as he signs on with Phoenx's neighbours Knox Raiders in NBL1 South for the off-season.

Daniel Foster - Keilor Thunder - NBL1 South

Keeping close to home, Daniel Foster has re-signed with Keilor Thunder in the NBL1 South for the off-season. Their season will tip-off on March 28.

Luke Rosendale - Hobart Chargers - NBL1 South

Luke Rosendale is heading to the Apple Isle to play with the Hobart Chargers in the NBL1 South this off-season after being with the Ballarat Miners the past two seasons. Rosendale will be teaming up with Tasmania JackJumpers players Anthony Drmic and Jacob Richards. The Chargers season begins March 27.

Pat Ryan - Casey Cavaliers - NBL1 South

Development player Pat Ryan is heading to Casey Cavaliers in the NBL1 South this off-season after playing with the Keilor Thunder last season. Ryan will work under former Phoenix assistant coach Luke Kendall for the season. Casey's season tips-off on March 28.

Austin Foxwell - Dandenong Rangers - NBL1 South

The youngest Foxwell and development player Austin Foxwell will be playing for the Dandengong Rangers in the NBL1 South during the off-season before he heads off to college to play at Portland Pilots. Foxwell will be teaming up with Illawarra Hawks injury replacement Harry Froling for the season. The Rangers' season begins March 28.

DJ Mitchell - Manchester Basketball

DJ Mitchell will return to England to play with Manchester Basketball for the remainder of their season as they fight towards finals.

Wes Iwundu - Ironi Kiryat Ata - Israeli Basketball Premier League

Wes Iwundu has flown to Israel to play with Ironi Kiryat Ata, a city in the Haifa District of Israel, which currently competes in the Israeli Basketball Premier League.
